Information from article published in the Chillicothe Constitution Tribune on Feb. 14, 1963 (Page 11):

Born January 5, 1874 at Baltimore, Maryland son of Bernard and Elizabeth (Osendorf) Venneman. He was the third of nine children.

He was a child when his family moved to Wien, Missouri; reared at Wien and attended school in that vicinity. He also farmed in the community.

He was a member of St. Columban's Catholic Church.

On October 14, 1908 he married Gertrude Ludwig of Utica, Missouri.

He was survived by his wife of the home; five daughters:
Mrs. Anna Rains, Springfield, Illinois
Mrs. Frances Willard, Des Moines, Iowa
Mrs. Dorothy Narraccio, Kansas City, Missouri
Mrs. Johanna Rust, Houston, Texas
Mrs. Mary Mackley, Chillicothe, Missouri and four sons:
Henry Venneman, Bevier, Missouri
Joseph Venneman, Kansas City, Missouri
Ambrose Venneman, Fremont, Nebraska
Michael Venneman, Avalon, Missouri
two brothers: Clem of Wien, Missouri and Anthony of Chillicothe, Missouri
two sisters: Dorothy Soland of Chillicothe, Missouri and Katie Beecher of Solon, Iowa

He also leaves 32 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters and two brothers.
