Mrs. Mercer, 88, died June 28, 2014. She was a plant worker for Glacier Frozen Foods.
She is survived by sons, Larry and Roy Mercer, of Sanger and Clarence Mercer of Poway; daughters, Doris June Smith, of Montana and Sandra Lynn Giles of Oregon; sister, Lela Puttle, of Iona; 14 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; and numerous great, great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Mary Pope; husband, Jack Mercer; sisters, Geneva Pully, Dorothy Beierschmitt, Della Gallagher, Beverly Logan, Geneva Pully and Dora Pope; and, brothers, Travis, John, Robert, David and Eddie Pope.
