Rosie Arzell Ray died May 10 at a Gatesville nursing home. She was 52.
Graveside services were held Thursday at Ater Cemetery with the Rev. Jack Hopkins officiating.
Mrs. Ray was born June 13, 1946, in Arizona. She was the daughter of the late Lewis (Louis) Rain Rutledge and Katie Boone. She spent most of her life in Coryell County. On Aug. 15, 1973, she married Freddie B. Ray. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband, Freddie B. Ray of Killeen; three sons, Robert D. Henson of Kempner, William Shawn Henson of Fort Worth and Thomas Matthew Henson of Fort Worth; two sisters, Carolyn Gwen Green of Fort Worth and Janie Lou Peterson of Oklahoma; and eight grandchildren. (GM 15 May 1999)
