ELIZABETH "BETTY" HAYES, 78, of Keytesville, MO, died Friday, February 7, 2014 at her home. Betty was born July 4, 1935 in Clifton Hill, MO the daughter of William and Mary Josephine (Biere) Grimsley. She married Herbert Lee Hayes and he preceded her in death on August 7, 1975.
Betty was a graduate of Brunswick High School. She worked for 14 1/2 years for Banquet Foods in Marshall as a freezer operator. She was a member of the Keytesville United Methodist Church.
Betty is survived by a son Larry (fiancee Kimberly) Hayes of Sumner, MO, a granddaughter Heather Hayes, three great grandchildren Dillon Reed, Rocky & Payton Bruce.
Visitation is 2-3:00 p.m with memorial services at 3:00 p.m on Friday, February 14, 2014 at the Summerville Funeral Home in Salisbury. Memorial contributions may be made to the Asbury Cemetery Association.
