Mary Ruth Brumett, 86, of Austin, Indiana passed away Thursday, January 9, 2014 at her residence.
She was born February 27, 1927 in Breathitt Co., KY, to the late Daniel Reynolds and Nannie (Sylers) Reynolds.
She was a member of Redemption Pentecostal Church, Austin Indiana. .
Survivors include:
Daughters: Shirley (O.J.) Cornett, Austin, Indiana; Bonnie (Lonnie) Combs, Austin, Indiana; Sharon (Greg) Engle, Scottsburg, Indiana; and Marjorie (David) Catron, Austin, Indiana; Sons: Danny (Chon) Henson, Scottsburg, Indiana; Calloway Henson, Austin, Indiana; and Jerry (Josephine) Henson, Palmyra, Indiana. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchildren. .
She was preceded in death by: Her Mother and Father: Dan and Nannie Reynolds. Brothers: Tommy, Perry, Lewis, Ove, Willie,
Arnold, Woodrow Reynolds. Sisters: Nan Lou Bates Hignite, Rosmary McIntosh, Laura Iletehea, Lisa Gross.
Funeral Service will be at 2:00 pm Sunday, January 12, 2014 at Redemption Pentecostal Church in Austin with Rev. Jeff Mullins & Rev. Larry Hatton officiating.
Visitation will be 4 to 8 pm Saturday at Buchanan Funeral Home and After Noon Sunday at Redemption Pencostal Church.
Burial will be in the Ivy Hill Cemetery Underwood, Indiana.
