Survivors: wife of 57 years, Carlene Lay; children, LeeRoy Lay (Donna), Chester Lay (Mary), Janice (Keith) Beason, Cheryl (Travis) Roark, Kenneth Lay (Amber), Gail (Randy) Sexton, Diane Lay; 13 grandchildren; three great grandchildren; sisters, Edith Beason, Elizabeth (Tootsie) Johnson (Paul), Wanda (Bruce) Williams; brothers, Delano Lay, and H.C.
