L. F. O'KEEFE BURIED SATURDAY
Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon, September 22 at the Montgomery City Christian Church for L. F. O'Keefe, who died Wednesday at the veterans hospital in St. Louis. Rev. Ralph M. Gray, pastor, conducted the service with burial in the Montgomery City Cemetery.
Mr. O'Keefe had been a patient at the V. A. hospital several days following a fall at his home near Montgomery City.
He was born October 18, 1889, and was a veteran of World War I. A retired truck driver, he moved to Montgomery City from St. Louis. Survivors include his wife, Dorothy, and a son, Jim O'Keefe of Montgomery City and a brother, Edward O'Keefe of Texas.
