Husband of Dellena. He had one child, at least, Richard "Dick" Curtiss. He would have been born in the very early 1930's or late 1920's.
Frederick "Ted" Curtiss with his brother, standing to his left, Alan Foster Curtiss.
"Your grandfather and my dad were very bright men. They owned a machine shop in Nameoki and built speed boats. They invented a special clutch for boats. They also built a race car that won a few races. A guy named Harry Parker
drove it. One of the boats had a huge Spanish airplane motor in it. The motor used so much gas that they took it out later. I have a picture of it.They also both played two or three musical instruments. They had patents at
the can company. My dad built a machine that you put in a nickel and an icecream bar came out. I think that most of their stuff was way ahead their time." (Richard Curtiss)
