Woody was better known as his female impersonating name Lady Elaine Peacock. He created a legacy for people of the Portland Gay and Lesbian community. Creating the Audrey M. Edwards Scholarship Fund as well as creating the fundraiser Peacock in the Park later called Peacock after Dark. Woody was dignified and treated others with high regards and respect far beyond your normal person. Missed by thousands. A true example o a quality human being.
