Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 7, 2013 at Ola First Baptist Church.
Burial will be at Sandlin Cemetery in Ola.

Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Saturday, September 7, at the church.

James Henry "Junior" Hasty Jr. age 82 of Ola passed away Tuesday, September 3, 2013 at his home.

He was born October 22, 1930 in Dardanelle, Arkansas to the late James Henry & Ada Dewey Tillman Hasty.

He was owner and operator of Hasty Construction. He was a member of the Ola First Baptist Church for over 50 years and a 32' Mason, member of the Petit Jean Lodge # 298.

Preceded in death by his parents; sisters Elwanda Ellis and Oleta "Tincey" Birkhead; brothers Charles Hasty and Brice Hasty.

Survivors include wife of 61 years Pat Hasty; sons & daughter-in-law, Jim & Myong Hasty of Russellville; Steve Hasty of Ola; daughter & son-in-law Susan & Don Ridenour of Belleville; brother-in-law Warren Birkhead of Ola; grandchildren Angela Orr of Dardanelle; Jessica Gibson of CT; Chase Hasty of Ola; Heidi Stillwell of Dardanelle; Elizabeth James of Texas; Joshua Hasty of Russellville; Nathan Ridenour of Belleville. Great-grandchildren Paige, Trent, Lauren, Dean, Alex "Henry", Kaylee, McKinlee, Isaac, Conner, Danity, Tristin, Jayden and Braxton; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers include grandsons, Cole James, Chris Gibson, Josh Hasty, Nathan Ridenour, Chase Hasty, Jerry Orr, Dusty Stillwell, and Trent Baker.

Honorary pallbearers include Lonnie Haney and the coffee drinking buddies at the Ola Superette.

He was born October 22, 1930 in Dardanelle, Arkansas to the late James Henry & Ada Dewey Tillman Hasty.
