Phil served in the United States Army. He retired after 18 years from Indiana Mills as a manufacturing engineer.
He was a past member of the VFW and American Legion Post in Noblesville. Phil enjoyed fishing and always looked forward to the annual fishing trip with his close friends. He also enjoyed having card party's at his house. Most of all he loved spending time with his family and friends.
He is survived by sons, Gary Clark and Del Clark; daughter, Terri (Raymond) Bailey; four brothers, Jim Clark, Kenny Clark, Sid (Gloria) Clark and Ted Clark; three sisters, Mary Clark, Pat (Marcus) Doss and Bea Bannon; four grandchildren; great grandson Hunter and nephew, Brian Bannon.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sister, Corine Key.
