Former New Badenite Dies in St. Louis

Joseph Abegg, of St. Louis, former resident of New Baden, died in City Hospital in St. Louis at 4 o'clock Friday afternoon.

He is survived by his widow, who is the former Amy E. Hobbs and four daughters: Mrs. Joseph Zesch, Mrs. J. M. Reeder, Mrs. R. A. Beckmann and Miss Gladys at home.

Funeral services were held this afternoon at 2:45 from Kriegshauser mortuary in St. Louis with burial in Sunset Burial Park in St. Louis.
