GASTON D. DOGDELL
Gaston D. Cogell of Edgewood, KY., a minister at the Garrard Street Church of Christ, died Saturday, June 24, 2000. He was 80.
Mr. Cogdell was the son of Buster Houston and Susan Dabney Cogdell and the grandson of Dr. T. H. Dabney of Granbury. He was a Navy veteran of World War II.
He is survived by his wife, Jennelle Cogdell of Edgewood; three daughters; Susan Ajeme of Houston, Texas; Sarah Bhagwandin of Seattle, Wash.; and Shalmah Prince of Cincinnati, Ohio; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Services were Thursday, June 29, 2000 at the Garrard Street Church of Christ. Burial will be Sunday, July 2, 2000, at the Granbury Cemetery. Martin's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
The family suggests memorials be made to the Fort Hill Christian Youth Camp, 13500 Fort Hill Road, Hillsboro, Ohio, 45033.
