Survived by daughters, Janet Doyal, Gladys Layne and Allan, Susan McKinney and Wayne; son, Sonny Woodard; grandchildren, Allan Layne II & Tammy, Alicia Coplin & Rick, Juli Doyal, Toby & Micah McKinney, Niki & Mandi Woodard; great grandchildren, Caden & Kinley Coplin, Megan, Morgan & Madeline; brother, George Potts and Melba; numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday evening from 6:00PM - 8:00PM.
Service will be 2:00PM Friday April 14, 2006 at the First Baptist Church of Mesquite, 127 E. Kimbrough, Mesquite, TX. 75149 with Dr.. Brandon Ridgeway officiating.
Burial: Laurel Oaks Memorial Park
Frances retired from Safeway after 28 years.
Frances loved the kitchen and loved to bake. She made the best pecan pies, angel food cakes & cinnamon rolls. She also made a lot of great cookies and candy. She also made the best Turkey and Dressing.
Frances & Woody were members of Liberty Baptist Church, Dallas, Tx.
Frances & Woody were married 56 years.
They had 4 children, 3 girls & 1 Boy.
