Paul Harkins is the oldest child of Robert E. & Ollie (Green) Harkins. He married Violet Ray in West Frankfort, IL on 21 Oct 1922 and to this union four sons were born... St. Paul Jr., Ray Eldridge, Arthur Eugene & Charles Howard. St. Paul Jr. & Ray Eldridge died as infants. Paul worked as a coal miner then became a Barber. Him and his brothers were fantastic baseball players. He was a gentle and kind soul.
