Violet B. Abbott, 85, of Troy, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, August 21, 2004 at Upper Valley Medical Center, Troy.

She was born on March 12, 1919 to the late Jess & Daisy (Shatto) Packman.

Violet married David H. Abbott on September 8, 1940 and he survives. Other survivors include 2 Daughters & S.I.L., Connie & Fred Barhorst of Sidney, gayle & Charles Doll of Piqua; 4 Grandchildren & 3 Gr.Grandchildren.

Mrs. Abbott was preceded in death by her 2 Brothers, Lester & Grover Packman.

There will be a funeral service on Wednesday, August 25, 2004 at 10:00 A.M. at Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy with Pastor Al Bastin officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday, August 24, 2004 from 5 - 7 P.M.

Interment will take place in Casstown Cemetery, Casstown, Ohio. Memorial contributions may be made to the Dialysis Center at Upper Valley Medical Center, Troy in her memory.
