EAST OTIS, MA - Elaine Bilske Roberts, 75, of Longs, SC and East Otis, MA, passed away peacefully and entered into eternal rest on Sunday May 19, 2013. Born in Holyoke, MA, she was the daughter of the late Victor and Mary (Zasky) Bilske. Elaine was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, friend and will be deeply missed and her memory cherished. She is survived by her beloved husband James, Children: Linda, Sherri & Gary, Chris, Jim & Diane, and Catherine, Gary and Jodi. She also leaves her sister Paula, 2 brother-in-laws Ron & Mary, Dennis & Pat along with all her nieces & nephews, cousins and friends. She was a loving grandmother to 16 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. She opened her heart and home to all. Her family will receive friends Wednesday, May 29, 2013 from 6-9 PM at Carmon Poquonock Funeral Home, 1816 Poquonock Ave., Poquonock section of Windsor. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday, May 30, 2013, 10AM at St. Mary's Church, 42 Spring Street, Windsor Locks. Burial will be in Massachusetts Veterans' Memorial Cemetery, Agawam MA. Memorial contributions made to: Scleraderma Foundation, 300 Rosewood Drive, Ste.105, Danvers, MA 01923. Carmon Poquonock Funeral Home has care of arrangements.
