EAST BRUNSWICK - Joseph J. Mikosz died Tuesday, April 23, 2013 at home. He was 44.
Born in Edison, he resided in Somerset until moving to East Brunswick in 1997.
Mr. Mikosz was a maintenance man for the New Brunswick Board of Education, where he worked for seven years.
He was a former member of the Somerset Volunteer Fire & Rescue Squad, as well as the East Brunswick Volunteer Fire Company, District #2. He was an avid hunter and fisherman.
Funeral services will be held on Friday at 10:00 AM in The BRUNSWICK MEMORIAL HOME, 454 Cranbury Road, East Brunswick, followed by interment in Holy Cross Burial Park, South Brunswick.
Surviving are his former wife, Lisa Meza of East Brunswick and their two sons, Eric and Brendan; his father and step-mother, John and Wendy Mikosz of Somerset, and three brothers, John Mikosz & his wife Marie of North Carolina, Andrew Mikosz of Hamilton and Ian Mikosz of Somerset.
