Rosary for Gus Vivial, 36, of Lubbock will be recited at 6:30 p.m. today in Englunds Chapel with the Rev. Malcolm Neyland of the Dioceses of Lubbock officiating.

Resurrection Mass services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Christ the King Cathedral with the Rev. Malcolm Neyland officiating. Interment will be in Englewood Cemetery under direction of Englunds Funeral Service.

He died Sunday, Sept. 12, 1999, in University Medical Center.

He was born March 7, 1963, in Lubbock and had been a lifelong resident of Lubbock.

He graduated from Christ the King High School in 1981. He owned and operated Artistics Hair Salon and was an instructor at Lubbock Hair Academy.

Survivors include his parents, James and Mary Vivial of Lubbock; one brother, Phillip Vivial of Lubbock; and three sisters, Monica Maeker, Karla Murphy and Kristie Jackson, all of Lubbock.
