Joy Marie Jumper Grace of Abilene, previously of Richland Hills, Texas, passed away Tuesday, March 05, 2013.
Funeral service: 12:30PM Friday, March 08, 2013 in Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Chapel, 5725 Colleyville Blvd, Colleyville, TX and burial will follow in Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park. Visitation will begin at 11:30AM. Memorials may be sent to Hospice of the Big Country, 4601 Hartford, Abilene, TX or Hospice of Fort Worth, TX.
Joy was born to R.S. and Esther Fleming Jumper on November 28, 1936 in Eastland, Texas. On October 13, 1999 she married Manton Joe Grace of Richland Hills, Texas. Her greatest enjoyment was growing flowers and working in her beautiful yard and visiting with her family, many friends and neighbors. Joy will be missed by all. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Letha Lee Yancey, brother Jimmy Ray Jumper, son Michael Shane McAfee and stepson David Wayne Grace.
Survivors: son Randy Ross McAfee and wife Linda of Mesquite, TX; stepdaughters Rita Grace Meyers of Hurst, TX and Theresa Grace Carter and husband Bob of Cleburne; sister Doris Smith-Whisenhunt of Abilene; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
