Mrs. Abney was born December 18, 1913 in Denton, Georgia and was a resident of Alvin 57 years. She was a homemaker and a member of the Algoa Baptist Church. Mrs. Abney was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Bertha Morris, her daughter Faye Carolyn Abney and her grandson, Ken Bodine.
