Faith Marie was born on September 9, 1995 to parents Tim and Donna Bookman, and went home to be with the Lord on December 23, 2012.
Marie loved her family and friends and touched many lives. She embraced life and lived with exuberance and joy. Marie was an active part of Mabank High School. Participating with the Cheerleading team, and Powerlifting. She loved outdoor activities, and was very athletic. She had a passion for wake-boarding. She loved hunting, fishing, camping, and four wheeling. Marie had a heart for all people, and had a particular gift with children. She assisted with youth tumbling at Dynamite Tumbling. She was charismatic and full of boundless energy. She was goal oriented and had set plans in place for graduation, then joining the Navy. Marie was preceded in death by her Grand parents Bobbie and Donnie Bookman, and Uncle Terry Bookman, and Uncle JT Fails.
She is survived by her Parents; Tim and Donna Bookman of Canton. Younger brother Jake Bookman of Canton. Older brother and sister-in-law, Taylor and Courtney Bookman of Irving. Older sister and brother-in-law Misty and Erik Batie of Van. Nephews Wyatt Batie, and Kennedy Bookman, and Niece Madison Batie. Grand Parents Marie Beth Bushiey and Mickey York of Commerce. Jim and Lou Campbell of Nacogdoches, Aunt M'Chelle and Uncle John Cadenhead of Rockwall, Aunt Robin and Uncle Dennis Gore of Ben Wheeler, as well as numerous loving cousins, Great Aunts and Uncles, family members and friends. Marie's life touched many hearts and she will be dearly missed.
