Ruth Nussbaum, 47, of Falls City, NE, passed away November 20, 2012 at Lincoln, NE. She was born January 6, 1965 at Scott Air Force Base, IL to the late Lester and Helen (Fisher) Coleman.
On April 20, 1984 she married Dan Nussbaum at Rulo, NE.
Ruth raised in Falls City and graduated from Falls City High School in 1983. The couple established their home in Rulo when married, then moved south of Preston. She was a homemaker her entire life. She enjoyed raising her family, helping others, cooking, flowers, caring for animals and horses. During the summer months she traveled with her children to the places where her husband was working. She was a member of the Richardson County Humane Society of Falls City
Ruth is survived by her husband, Dan of Falls City, son, Brandon of Lincoln, NE, Kalli of Lincoln, sisters, Michelle Wyatt and her husband Glenn of Cabot, AR, Valerie Coleman of Green Forest, AR, Rhonda Roland of Hiawatha, KS, Leslie Coleman of Norfolk, NE. She was preceded in death by her parents, niece, Angela Trusty and a great-niece, Destiny Hager.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 24, 2012 at 2:00 PM at Dorr and Clark Funeral Home with Reverend Sean Swihart officiating. Interment will be in Olive Branch Cemetery at White Cloud, KS.
The family will receive friends on Friday from 5-7:00 PM at Dorr and Clark Funeral Home.
