Chattanooga Times Free Press
Frances Lowe Taylor, 91, of Signal Mountain, TN, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 3, 2012. She was a lifelong resident of the Chattanooga, TN area and a member of Bayside Baptist Church.

She was the widow of her beloved husband of 67 years, Robert L. (Bob) Taylor.

She was the daughter of the late Howard B. and Carrie G. Lowe.

She was reared in a Christian home and began Sunday school at an early age. She and many of those early Sunday School class associates became members of the Lorene Tilford Circle and maintained fellowship, friendships, and social events until health limitations and death have separated them for a time.

She pursued her love of music and became an accomplished pianist and organist. She was wife, mother and homemaker as she supported her husband in their business of 40 years, Lookout Sheet Metal Company.

She is survived by her son, Larry L. Taylor (Toni), of Signal Mountain, TN, daughter, Barbara T. Lemley (Glenn), of Hixson, TN; grandson, Larry Taylor Hough, of Knoxville, TN; and three great-grandchildren.

The family would like to thank the staff of Hospice of Chattanooga for their compassionate and loving care in recent weeks.

There will be no visitation at the funeral home.

Private graveside services will be held at Forest Hills Cemetery with the Rev. Eric C. Stitts officiating.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Bayside Baptist Church, Harrison, TN.

Arrangements are by Wann Funeral Home, Chattanooga, TN.
