Uhla Lee Askew, of Groves, passed away Wednesday at her son's home in Vidor, Texas.
She was a resident of Groves for over seventy years; was a retired clerk from K-Mart after twenty five years of service and was a member of Park Central Church of Christ.
Survivors include her husband, Buford B. Askew; two daughters, Janice Fortune and Becky DeVillier; one son, Robert DeVillier; four grandsons; two great grandsons; and two great granddaughters.
Services at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves with Mr. Perry Phillips and Mr. Bill Walker officiating. Burial in Oak Bluff Memorial Park.
