Julienne was born May 7, 1940 in Groves, Texas to Eugene J. Watkins, Sr. and Lydia Dumesnil Watkins.
She was a lifelong resident of Groves and member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, and also retired from the Abstract Company.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert "Sugar" Provost; and brother, Eugene J. Watkins, Jr.
Survivors include three daughters, Juleen Randall Carriere and husband, Neil of Orangefield, TX, Jennifer Randall Almquist and husband, Curtis of Allen, TX, Lisa Provost Reel and husband, Wayne of Petersburg, WV; four sons, Josh Randall of Groves, TX, Jay Randall and wife, Jeanie of Chandler, AZ, Craig Provost and wife, Shelia of Groves, TX, and Johnny Provost of Groves, TX; grandchildren, Amanda Carriere, Quinton Carriere, Crystal Almquist and Brady, ChristopherAlmquist, Jaymes Randall, Jessica Randall, Jacque Randall, Armen Melikian, Brett Reel, Jaime Grady, Heather Hinz, Rachael Hinz, Alexus Harper, Cailin Harper, Koben Harper, Balie Provost; and several great-grandchildren.
