Olive Darlene Cornelison, Rogersville, MO went to be with the Lord and Savior at 9:02 pm November 12, 2016 in Springfield, MO.
Darlene was born June 30, 1935 near Willard, MO, the daughter of Roy A. and Celeste A. Overturf. She graduated from Willard High School in 1953, and attended S.M.S. Darlene retired form Dairy Farmers of America, Inc. formerly Mid-Am, after 19 years, as Human Resource Secretary and Receptionist. Previously she was co-owner of the 89er Restaurant for 10 years. She was a homemaker, loved her Family, traveling and her flower garden. She made a profession of faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and was baptized on July 7th, 1946 and is a member of Harmony Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her Parents and Brother David Overturf, and step-sons Donnie Cornelison and Randy Cornelison.
She is survived by her husband Denzil, two sons, Bob Ballard, (Carol); Bill Ballard, (Lisa), 3 grandsons, Jason Ballard, (Shannon), Zachary Ballard and Matthew Ballard; 2 great grandsons, Darin and Quinn Ballard, sister-in-law Betty Murphy; 1 step-son David Cornelison, (Elana), 1 step-daughter Cindy Larson, (Glen), 1 Step Daughter-In-Law Connie Cornelison; 4 step-grandsons, 5 step-granddaughters, 4 step-great grandsons and 1 step-great grandaughter.
Burial in Hazelwood Cemetery.
