1. 1. OBITUARY: "The Bremen Enquirer," 30 May 1912, Page 1, http://www.bremen.lib.in.us/historical/bpl_OBITdetail.asp?item=108101. LONG SUFFERING ENDED. Mrs. Frederick Abbiehl, who had been bedfast for three months with what the attending physician designated calangitis, died at the family home some five miles north of Bremen at 5 oclock Tuesday morning at the age of 42 years 5 months 20 days. The Funeral was held today, leaving the residence at 9 oclock for St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Bremen. Interment was in the Bremen cemetery.
Mrs. Abbiehl was the daughter of the late Joseph Fore and was born and and lived all her life near where she died. She was married to Frederick Abbiehl April 16, 1888. Besides her husband she leaves nine children, many less near relatives and a larger number of friends.
