Loucille Fleming Barnes, of Greenville, died Tuesday at Presbyterian Hospital of Greenville. Memorial services will be at Peters Funeral Home Chapel at 2:30 p.m. Friday with Rev. Robert Ridley officiating.

Born Feb. 22, 1912, in Grove Hill, Ala., she was the daughter of Willie Wilburn and Nancy Jane Ethridge Fleming. Mrs. Barnes moved to campbell at the age of seven. She attended East Texas State University and taught school in Hunt County before moving to Dallas where she was in the insurance and banking businewss until she retired.

Surviving are five sisters, Louise Holley of Greenville, Willie Gray McMillan of Selma, Ala., Mary Knight of Las Cruces, N.M., Elba White of Wylie and Myrtle Jo Wylie of Gladewater; two brothers, Bill Fleming of Waxahachie and N.A. Fleming of Grand Prairie; number of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Condy H. Fleming and Hermit Fleming; and her husband, Earnest W. Barnes.
