Atkins
Minnie Atkins, 78, of Bean Station died Sunday, July 28, in Morristown-Hamblen Hospital.
Of the Baptist faith, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Atkins, and grandchildren, Brent and Shelia.
Surviving are sons, Dana Atkins of Rogersville, J.L. Atkins of Bean Station and Albert Atkins of Church Hill; daughter, Eva Hixon of Rutledge; five grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Monday at 8 p.m. at Stubblefield Funeral Home of Morristown with Rev. Dayton Lovin and Rev. Randy Epps officiating.
Graveside services were Tuesday morning in Hamblen Memory Gardens."
