Georgie Lou Dalton Bull, born February 22, 1932, passed away peacefully August 17, 2016 at her home. She was a member of Central Point Baptist Church, and was preceded in death by her children, Eddie and David Bull; parents, Joe and Edith Dalton; brother, Lewis Dalton; and sister, Lorene Dalton Bull.
Survivors include daughter, Sissy (Lillard) Stratton; son Jim (Billie Sue) Bull; and daughter-in-law, Sandy Bull, all of Rutledge; grandchildren, Trina Phelps (deceased husband Roger), Terri (Jack) McBee, Tim (Jennifer) Bull, Jeremy Bull, Joseph Bull, Joy (Marvin) Greene, Luke (Missy) Stratton, Anita (Rick) Patterson, David (Jamie) Bull, Nathan Bull, Julie (Jeremy) Shelton, and Alice (Jonathan) Rhea; eighteen great grandchildren; and four great- great grandchildren. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Smoky Mountain Home Health and Hospice, especially nurses who provided excellent care, and special thanks to Magdalene Morgan for friendship and care.
Funeral services will be 8:00 P.M. Thursday evening, August 18, 2016 in the chapel of Smith-Reagan Funeral Home with Rev. Mark Kitts, Rev. Shane Pierce, and Rev. Mike Sledge officiating. Graveside services will be 11:00 A.M. Friday in Central Point Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends 6:00 P.M. till 8:00 P.M. prior to services Thursday evening at the funeral home.
