Records indicate that Elizabeth 'Lizzy' Pittman never married and had no children. In 1880 at age 23, Lizzy lived on the Pittman Family Farm #258 in Cobb County, Georgia, with her mother and 4 younger siblings with 21 year old brother James Allison working the farm. Older brothers, Albert and George and their families were listed on farms #260 and #261. It is not known if these were part of their father's properties which were inherited by their Mother Mary Anne Howell Pittman on the death of Rene M. in 1873.

In 1900 she resides with sister Savannah, husband Hiram Brown and their three sons on farm in Cobb County, Georgia. Her mother died in 1890 and the family farm was either lost or sold by 1900 as brothers Albert, William, and George had migrated to Texas in the late 1890's. In the 1910 Census she was listed as living with her widowed sister Mary Eugenia Pittman Howell.

In January 1920 she(age62) and brother James Allison(age72) are living with Savannah(age51) and Hiram(age68) in East Point, Fulton County, Georgia.
