I'm new to this page and the efforts to document this part of history. I'm looking to help out those doing research in this area and to helping ensure that we don't forget those who rest quietly in these solemn places.

One thing I have noticed in my time here, is there are some members that willingly take photos of markers, but do little else in helping to put together the "puzzle pieces." This, often despite their having the information readily available to them. Please…take the time to add family members to the tree of any marker you're willing to document. This one information can be invaluable to those doing family research that may not have the ability to visit the graves of their ancestors in person. I wish you the best in this valuable endeavor.
