I submitted a DNA sample to Ancestry to help my sister find a son that she was forced to give up for adoption at a young age. When my DNA was posted I was shocked to find out that the man who raised me as his son, was not my biological father. After speaking to family from that generation I found out that my biological father and mother who were engaged, were both introduced at a party to the man that would instead marry my mother and raise me as his son. I believe that none of the three had a clue who was my real father.
In my search for death records of the three brothers who are my top prospects, I was overwhelmed at the number of people that volunteer their time to help others. I decided to do my part by accepting photo request in north central Minnesota by taking pictures in what is mostly small towns scattered in rural areas.
