Bio

Hello, I have been do genealogy for two decades now. Found this site and want to help out with people finding their loved ones.

If you want to use my photos that I have downloaded, please get my permission beforehand.

If you are requesting a transfer, please make sure it is within find a grave transfer guideline rules. It is direct relatives within four generations. This would be your siblings, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. As well please state your exact relationship to the deceased.

If it is out of the find a grave transfer guideline rules. Example any non-direct relatives and extended family members: aunts, uncles, cousins, family in laws, distant relatives and their spouses, best friends, neighbors, classmates, etc. . . are not required to be transferred. Just please follow the find a grave transfer guideline rules, thank you!

Please by nice to each other when making a request. Any rude comments, demanding or harassment I will not tolerated at all. I will report you to find a grave admins. Example if it is within find a grave transfer guideline rules. I do transfer these. If it is outside the find a grave transfer guideline rules. These are not required to be transferred. I will not transfer if it is outside the find a grave transfer guideline rules. Also please state your exact relationship to the deceased, do not say this is a family member of mine.

I am willing to make additions, corrections or links and add information in the bio section. Please use the "Edit" Tab on the upper right side of the memorial to send the information and memorial numbers for links.

We are all humans and we do make mistakes. Please check the cemetery before creating a new memorial. Maybe that person already has a memorial in that cemetery already. In this one cemetery in Champaign County, Illinois I had to report over 250 duplicate memorials that had to be merged together.

Also when making a new memorial please keep in mind per find a grave rules it states if a person is married more than once to include the spouses in the bio and keep the last name on the tombstone.

What is a cenotaph? Per find a grave rules. A cenotaph is a marker within a cemetery placed in honor of a person whose remains are elsewhere. It may also be the original marker for someone who has since been reinterred elsewhere. It is possible for a deceased person to have multiple memorials due to having cenotaphs. Each headstone or marker (in different cemetery locations) should have its own memorial.

All of the edits and updates to my memorials are complete as of Monday; April 1, 2024.
