I grew up in the White County area, and learned from my dad to respect everyone who has passed when our Chalmers American Legion took care of the Chalmers K of P Cemetery. I have family interred at Brookston, Chalmers and Monticello.

When I began recording my own geneology, I found outside resources lacking. I have found a lot of help, and would like to pay the favors forward.

I have access to the White County Master Cemetery index at the Monticello Indiana Library when I visit town. They also have a nearly full microfilm record of local obituaries that I've found quite useful.
