Loving husband, father, and all around good man passed away Wednesday, October 17, 2012. He was born March 27, 1942 in Manchester, KY to the late Grover and Georgie Caudill. Ken retired from Ford Motor Company after 36 years of service. He was also a member of Freewill Baptist Church. Ken is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Edith L. Caudill; daughter, Angie Magness Best; son, Keith and Tracy Caudill; sister, Edith Harris; grandchildren "Papa's Buddies", Ben and Sam Caudill, Kendra Godsey, Chad and Austin Magness; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Jennifer Caudill; sisters, Evie Hicks, Elsie Gray, and Chelsea Gasaway; and brother, Dennis Caudill. Visitation is Saturday, October 20, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in Little & Sons Funeral Home, Beech Grove Chapel , where the funeral will follow at 1:00 p.m. Burial will be at Washington Park East Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Riley Hospital for Children.
