Cora Lowery, 75, of Henderson died Wednesday in a local hospital. She was born April 19, 1927, in Kosciusko, Miss. A resident for three years, she was a homemaker. She is survived by one son, Ken Lowery of Henderson; one brother, William George of Chicago; one sister, Robbie Watson of Los Angeles; and four grandchildren. Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to 9 a.m. services Wednesday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., followed by burial in Palm Valley View Memorial Park. The family suggests donations to Celebration United Methodist Church, 2887 Sunlit Glade Ave., Henderson, NV 89074.
