Julian was born in Winder, GA. He lived all of his adult life in Dahlonega. He was a retired butcher.
Julian was preceded in death by his father, Billy Josh Bell; and a sister, Lisa Bell.
Funeral services were held Monday, June 4, 2012, at the Banister Funeral Home Chapel in Dahlonega.
Rev. Lyman Caldwell, Rev. Terry Head, and Rev. Franklin Grant officiated. Interment was in the Yahoola Baptist Church Cemetery. Banister Funeral Home of Dahlonega was in charge of the arrangements.
