She had been in failing health for some time. Death was the result of complications.
She was formerly of Paw Paw, W Va, where she was born the daughter of Edward and Mary Alderton.
Surviving are the following children, Mrs. Bessie Bernard, Brunswick, and Chauncey Vanorsdale, Cumberland. Several grandchildren also survive.
She was a member of the Brunswick Methodist Church.
Funeral services this afternoon at 2 o'clock from the home of her daughter, Rev. Norman L. Trott officiating. Interment in Park Heights Cemetery. J. S. Dailey, funeral director.
