Helen Louise Harvey, 87, of Urbana died at 1:02 a.m. Friday (April 20, 2012) at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana.
She was born March 25, 1925 in Urbana to Clyde W. and Goldie Kilgore Powers. She married James W. Harvey on Nov. 26, 1942 in Urbana. He died on Feb. 1, 1965. Her parents, daughter and one brother also preceded her in death.
Survivors include two sons, Larry (Beverley) Harvey of Mahomet and the Rev. Terry (Linda) Harvey of Villa Grove; four sisters, Marguerite Norman of Savoy, Virginia Harvey of Lancaster, California, Marian Morris of Canyon Country, California and Shirley Von Holten of Urbana; nine grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
