Dean Morris Burt, 37, born October 11, 1956, passed away May 13, 1994. He was a well known musician in the Northwest area. He loved the outdoors, especially hiking and camping, and was employed by Nordstrom's. He also loved poetry, art and painting. He was predeceased by his father, George C. Burt, and his sister, Ruth Jensen.
Survived by son, Joshua Gabriel Burt (9), and his mother, Terry Urbanek, SeaTac; mother, Mary Louise Burt, Gig harbor; his dear friend and companion, Donnie Fain, and her daughter, Anna, University Place; sisters, Mary G. Austin, Gig Harbor, Janice G. Miller, Spokane; brothers, Dan Burt, Spokane, Paul Burt, Hilo, Hawaii, Mark Burt, Gig Harbor; many friends and in-laws; 13 nieces and nephews and one grandnephew.
Graveside services will be held at Haven of Rest Cemetery, Gig Harbor, Monday, 10 a.m.
