The parents of Albert were from Syria when they migrated to the United States and both of their sons were born in Rhode Island.
Albert arrived in Vietnam and was assigned to India Company, 1st Battalion, 9th Marine Regiment,
3rd Marine Division. Albert died as a result of hostile gunshot wounds to the body during an encountered against hostile forces.
Tour of duty unknown.
Survived by his parents, Joseph George and Annie (Abraham) Anter and 2 brothers, George and Andrew Anter of Central Falls, Rhode Island.
