Departed on Feb. 29, 2012 and resided in Harrisburg, IL.

Randall Earl "Bubbles" (Randy) Rann, 64, of Harrisburg, passed away Wednesday, February 29th, 2012 at his residence as a result of injuries from the Harrisburg tornado.

Randall was born in Harrisburg, IL on May 23, 1947, a son of Freda (Cowsert) Rann, of Harrisburg and the late Robert Rann.

He was a member of The Lebanon Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Galatia.

He worked in the parts department at Fabick in Marion prior to retirement. He was treasurer at the Galatia Masonic Lodge # 684, a 32nd Degree Scottish Rite Mason and a Shriner.

He was the husband of Donna Mae (Patterson) Rann who also passed away as a result of the storm. On May 9, 1970 they were married at Carrier Mills.

Randall is survived by two sons Ryan (Samonica) Rann, of Harrisburg; Jeff (Emily) Rann, of Harrisburg; three brothers, Roger (Carol) Rann, of Raleigh; Ronald (Brenda) Rann, of Harrisburg; Jerry (Nancy) Rann, of Herod; grandchildren; Grayson Rann, Shelby Rann, Skyla Rann, Gavin Rann and Makenna Rann and sister-in-laws Sue Rann of IN and Judy Rann of Carrier Mills.

In addition to his father he was preceded in death by two brothers Fred and John.

Funeral Service will be at Lebanon Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Galatia at 1:00 pm on Sunday, March 4th, 2012 with Rev. Jerry Williams officiating. Burial will be in Lebanon Cemetery.

Visitation is Saturday 4-8 pm at the funeral home and 11am to service time at the church Sunday. A Masonic Service will be held Saturday evening at 7 pm at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Illinois Masonic Childrens Home in Murphysboro, The Shriners Hospital for Children in St. Louis or the Scottish Rite Valley of Southern Illinois Dyslexia Learning Center, envelopes will be available at the funeral home and church.
