After her parents and grandparents died and up untill 1910 she had been using the Whately home left by her maternal grandparents, Dr. Myron M. Harmond and Judith (Allis) Harmond, as a summer cottage. That year (1910), she was staying at the Whately home well into the Fall (December) when a fire broke out and burned down the house and barn.
Later, she married Cornelius J. McGillicuddy. At the time of her death, she left her husband (who was hospitalized at Springfield Hospital, at the time), their son Richard Francis and grandchildren (Bian Lee, Laura Ann, ?).
