HOLLAND -- Michael William, 39, resident of Escondido died Dec. 2, 1993 of cancer. Life time resident, born Nov. 4, 1954. He was an Estimator/Purchasing Agent for Greg Minor Const. Co. for 5 years. Graduated from Escondido High School 1972. Will be missed by all. Mike loved music and sports of all kinds. He was an avid cyclist and skier. He had a wonderful sense of humor and was always ready with a joke. Throughout his illness he was sustained by a tremendous faith in God and he displayed incredible strength and courage. Survived by his mother Mary Holland 2 sisters Patricia Luca & Shelly Mittleman all of Escondido, 3 nieces Dana Luca, Amanda Johnston, Maegan Mittleman, 1 nephew Blake Johnston all of Escondido and a large extended family of friends for whom he cared deeply. Viewing Sun. Dec. 5, 1-5 p.m. Alhiser-Wilson Mortuary. Funeral Service Monday Dec. 6, 10 a.m. Alhiser-Wilson Mortuary Chapel, Pastor Larry Coyle of First Christian Church officiating. Interment Monday following Servic e at Oak Hill Memorial Park. Donations to Germ Cell Cancer Research in memory of Michael Holland, Stevens Cancer Center, Scripps Memorial Hospital, P.O.
