William L. Weagraff, 89, died at the home of his son, Frederick H. Weagraff, 210 Barber street, at 7 a. m. Friday following an illness of about three months. He had made his home with his son for some time. Mr. Weagraff was born at Port Allegany, Pa., on Sept. 30. 1859. He was a machinist by trade and was employed by Struthers Wells for many years. On Dec. 31, 1887, he was married to Miss Jennie A. Shreve, who died on Oct. 25, 1903. Besides the son, Frederick, he leaves the following other children: Claude L. Weagraff of Gales Ferry, Coma.; William. G. Weagraff of Safety Harbor, Ma., Mrs. Hazel Beeman of Titusville and Mrs. Charles Burt of Newton Falls, O.; and a brother, Fred, of Olean. He was a member of the Methodist church of Bellwood, Blair county. Pa. The body is at the Tracy Home of Funerals, where friends may call and where services will be conducted this evening at 8 o'clock, Rev. Ralph S. Findley of the Methodist church officiating. The body will be taken overland Sunday to Bellwood cemetery, where commital services, in charge of Rev. Edward Otts of the Bellwood Methodist church, will be held and interment made.
