H.C. Bryan (dick) 52, 329 S Spur St Florence died at the residence Saturday at 7:30 p.m. after a long illness.
Mr. Bryan was a native of Lauderdale Co., a member of Central Baptist Church, a carpenter a member of Carpenters Local # 101.
Funeral service was held today at 2:30 p.m. at Central Baptist Church with Rev. M. L. Butler officiating.
Burial will be in Killen Baptist cemetery with Morrison-Elkins directing.
Survivors include the widow, Mrs Mattie Bryan, Florence, three sons Daniel E. Bryan, and Eddie Bryan both of Rogersville, Johnny B Bryan of Florence, a daughter Wanda Bryan of Florence.
His father S.Bryan Killen, four brothers, Thomas U. Bryan, and Floyd Bryan both of Florence, James R Bryan of Athens, Richard C Bryan of Lexington.
Three sisters, Mrs Louis Morris, Florence, Mrs Doris Nugent, Salina, Kansas, Mrs Ruth Fortenberry, Falkville, four grandchildren.
Bearers were Billy Kelly, Jesse Kelly, and L.T. Kelley; jack Bryan, James Robert Simmons, Bobby Lee Clemmons.
