He was born March 30, 1955 at Crawfordsville, the son of Sherman and Reatha Booe Bass. He was married September 7, 1984 at Tangier, to Honalee Mitchell. She survives. Surviving, besides the wife, are: one daughter, Tasha Bass, at home; three brothers, Harold and Robert, both of Lafayette, Gary, Winchester, Kentucky; two sisters, Patricia Ann Chilcote, New Market, and Karen Rudd, Tilton, Illinois.Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. November 23 at the Dickerson Funeral Home, Veedersburg, with the Revs. Bob Carpenter and Veso Lukovic officiating.
