Bessie's daughters:
Lollie Bell Olive Jameson Cole (b.1904-d.1998)

Bessie later married Loyd Alford
Bessie has a double headstone with her 2nd and younger daughter, Edrie Otelia "Dootz" Olive, who was killed by a jealous lover according to local legend. Edrie died of a pistol shot to her head. For years, the tree under which Edrie died was known as the Dootz tree.

Bessie's 1st daughter, Lollie Bell, at the age of 16, was carrying the unborn son of Filmore Watt Daniel when Watt was butchered by the KKK on August 23, 1922. Lollie gave birth to Fillmore Watt Daniels, the son, on Oct. 16, 1922.

Until an obituary for "Watt, Jr" was found on the internet in 2010, only Bessie and her kinsman, Ernest Alonzo "Son" Olive, knew of the existence of Fillmore Watt Daniels, Watt's son. By 2010 both Bessie and Son had died. Lollie found a life for herself and her son in Las Vegas. Lollie visited her mother yearly, until Bessie died, but she NEVER brought her son with her.
